Official Contest Rules – Free 1-Hour Coaching Session

Must be a legal resident of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Must own at least one residential rental property located within the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your state, whichever is greater.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.

All entries must be received via the official contest form by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Bonus entries given for kind comments given on Your Landlord Resource's Apple, Spotify, and YouTube podcast sites. A Bonus entry is also available by liking, commenting, and sharing social media posts which promote this contest. Comments and social media account name must match or be able to be linked to this contest entry form.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted by email no later than July 7, 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
The free coaching session must be scheduled and completed by August 31, 2025.

The free coaching session is one hour in length, conducted via Zoom or phone call.
Coaching will focus on rental property operational procedures only, including topics such as tenant communication, documentation, maintenance planning, and business organization.
We will not provide advice on:
- Property purchases or investment locations
- Legal matters or landlord-tenant laws
- Tax, financial, nor insurance decisions
- Lending or loan structuring

The coaching session is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
